I am a registered Osteopath who has been enjoying practice for three years. 

Beyond musculoskeletal aches and pains, my primary specialism is in the treatment and management of Headaches and Migraines. I conducted my Masters research project on the osteopathic management of headache and migraine related disorders and I am also a member of OPHM (Osteopaths for Progress in Headaches and Migraines). In the physical world I manage the Core Clinics Headache Clinic alongside my usual osteopathic work of manually treating aches and pains. 

My secondary clinical interests are in the treatment and management of Hypermobility related disorders and Fibromyalgia. 

I have the privilege of working as part of a multi disciplinary team which enables me to create personalised, multi-pronged treatment strategies for managing these complex conditions that frequently prove so frustrating for sufferers.
