Body part interest- Lower extremity, Knees if I had to pick one. After completing a degree in Sports Therapy in 2017, Jack went onto work in a busy multidisciplinary health clinic and has been for the past 3 years. His focus here has been assisting with management of complex chronic injuries, as well as, managing acute and sport injuries. This side of his practice was also enhanced by managing injuries in a sporting environment. 


From pitch side care and rehabilitation programmes in a footballing context, to running injury prevention and strength and conditioning sessions in various other sports such as, cricket, runners, golf and rugby. 


This experience has enabled him to enhance his practise both from a manual perspective and managing injuries from a far via comprehensive rehabilitation and conditioning programmes. 


From Jacks past experience in football. Lower limb injuries became a particular interest. It was here that he began to to a keen interest in the latest research and techniques that can be employed to help such injuries.
