Cancellation policy

We require payment in advance of booking appointments and this is non-refundable in the event of short-notice cancellation or requests for rescheduling (within 24 hours), or for non-attendance.

If you know that you are going to be unable to attend an appointment that you have booked we would appreciate your giving us as much notice as possible. We’re pleased to cancel and re-schedule an appointment, without any penalty or administration fees, up to 24 hours before your appointment.

In the event that you give us less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or re-scheduling, or if you do not attend at the time of your appointment, this does incur a 100% cancellation levy, as we’ll generally unable to re-use the time to support other patients.

If you are late attending your appointment, we will try to complete the appointment to an appropriate standard in the time remaining. Regretfully we cannot guarantee to be able to complete your appointment if you do not attend on time and in some cases we may ask you to book a follow up appointment. This is to ensure that your practitioner has sufficient time and opportunity to ask and answer all necessary questions. If you arrive late for an assessment or treatment, support provided is at the discretion of the doctor or therapist on the day. No discount or refund will be given for appointments cut short due to your late arrival.
